Use it for my 3 year old. Where has it been my whole life?

My 3 year use to take forever to fall asleep. Ask me for water, ask for another book, come out of her room etc. Now we give this as part of our bedtime routine. She normally falls alseep much easier. It literally saves me 30+ min a night. She usually sleeps through the night too now. She use to get up 1-2x. She sleeps much more sound. Thank you for this product.

No longer struggling with sleep

I have not been sleeping well for the past few months - I was only getting 2-4 hours of sleep a night. Within a week of using this rest easy, I have been sleeping between 6 1/2 to 8 hours. I am so very impressed with this product. I am sleeping so great since I’m taking this. If I wake up I fall right back to sleep. It’s amazing I’ve never had anything work this well.
