Before You Buy
Please take a moment to review our ingredient lists carefully before placing your order. We’re happy to answer any questions about our products beforehand. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you purchase a product you can’t take due to allergies, sensitivities, or personal taste preferences.
Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price (minus shipping costs).

Item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

Must be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds typically post within a few business days, but times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please email ElderberryBoost@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll will make it right.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale.
Shipping for Returns
