Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Most orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For domestic orders, we ship orders via usps ground shipping or ups ground, which guarantees delivery in 3-6 days. We do offer a priority upgrade for $4.99 which guarantee priority shipping times of 1-3 days after processing times. 

Please note, these times are given to us by USPS and UPS. Once the order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier the responsibility is handed off to them. However, if you do ever run into an issue please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team and we will assist in the best way possible.
