How do you enjoy Elderberry Boost?

Shake well before use.

• Adults: 1 tablespoon daily

• Children (over 1 year): 1 teaspoon daily

• Infants under 1 year: Only use our honey-free Elderberry Baby Boost (¼–½ teaspoon daily, as advised by your pediatrician).

Elderberry Boost can be enjoyed on its own or added to foods and beverages, such as tea, smoothies, or yogurt.

Elderberry Boost is made with simple, high-quality ingredients:

We never add artificial sweeteners, flavors, or preservatives.

Can children take this product?

Yes. Elderberry Boost is suitable for children over 1 year of age. For infants, we recommend our  honey-free option. As always, it’s a good idea to consult your pediatrician before introducing new foods, especially for babies under 6 months.

What is the shelf life?

• Unopened: Up to 2 years at room temperature.

• Opened: Refrigerate after opening; best within 6–8 weeks.

Our syrup is preserved naturally by honey — no added sugars or artificial preservatives.

Do you heat your honey?

We use a special sealing method that allows for long shelf life while keeping the honey in its natural state without "canning" the jars.

How quickly can I expect my package?
